Introducing the all-new 2022 Tundra — the toughest, most capable and advanced full-size truck we’ve ever made; and the new definition of grit. Grit is more than just dirt roads and muddy tires. And that’s why the new Toyota Tundra has been redesigned to offer improved performance, with a choice of powerful, efficient engines, and impressive towing and payload capacity. A truck that gives you all that?
That’s Tundra. And that’s the new definition of grit.

Considering a 2022 Tundra? Our very own Manny Da Silva reviews the 2022 Tundra and gives 5 reasons you should consider buying one.

The Tundra offers both hybrid and non-hybrid. Tundra’s available i-FORCE MAX hybrid powertrain generates an electrifying 437 horsepower and 583 lb.-ft. of torque. Tundras all-new i-FORCE engine delivers up to 389 horsepower and 479 lb.-ft. of torque. Tundra helps you haul with confidence, providing towing capability up to 12,000 Lbs. More gears. More control. More torque. Tundra’s all-new 10-speed automatic transmission helps you harness more power when climbing a muddy hill, towing a trailer, or cruising on the freeway.

Tundra’s next-generation Crawl Control system helps you smoothly and quietly take on tough terrain. With the press of a button, the system automatically modulates the throttle and brakes on five low-speed settings to assist you in navigating across difficult terrain. The Tundra offers Multi-Terrain Select that regulates wheel spin by automatically adjusting the engine throttle and traction control. All it takes is a quick turn of the dial and the Tundra toggles between terrain modes: Mud, Sand, Rock, Mogul. Towing features include adaptive variable suspension, load leveling rear height control air suspension and Tundra's advanced towing tech that calculates the length of the trailer and can adjust the throttle response based on what you are towing.

Intuitive Technology

The 2022 Toyota Tundra is equipped with a 14-in audio multimedia touchscreen. The screen is synced up to multiple cameras placed around Tundra, the large interactive display lets you choose different views allowing you to check your immediate surroundings. Tundra's available panoramic view monitor uses cameras from the front, sides and rear of the truck to provide a 360 degree view of what is going on outside. The Tundra's trailer backup guide with straight path assist makes parking a trailer easy by using sensors and cameras to keep your trailer in a straight line when backing up. Focus on the road ahead with Tundra's available 12.3-in multi information display that provides all the information you need inside Tundra’s gauge cluster.
